How to block off all future dates, except 1 week per year

I am trying to block all future dates as unavailable other than one week a year (for the masters) to host my home. Is there a way to do this without checking every day in the calendar individually as unavailable?

First: no need to block a date individually, just select the whole time period and block it.

But more convenient:

Set your "avaibility window" setting to "all dates unavailable by default" and then change the dates you want to be available.

On the website version:

Go to the Listing

- Pricing and Availability 

- Scroll down past all the discounts and extra charges, to the Calendar Availability section.

- Edit the Availability Window

In here you can select the bottom option, Dates Unavailable By Default.

When you open your listing setting, there's an availability setting. You can choose the option that all dates are blocked by default unless you unblock it.
