How to change service setting for host?

Hello, I'm a host on Airbnb and till now I was paying the 15% Airbnb service fee for every payout. 

now I'm wondering to change it to *Split-fee pricing* but unfortunately when I go to the Payout setting I don't have the Service fee tab to change. 

maybe someone knows how can I do it? or what is the problem?

Do you have your Airbnb listing(s) connected to any other software (Pricelabs, IGMS, Guesty, etc.)?

If so:

From December 7th 2020, Simplified Pricing (15% host fee) will be the only available fee structure to all software-connected hosts on Airbnb globally (excludes US, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, The Bahamas, Argentina and Taiwan).
