How to find out what is the demand in an area?

Hello,

Is there a way to find out what listings are booked and therefore not available in the area?

Trying to judge if there is a demand in my area. (certain areas in Ontario, Canada)

A lot of listing around seem to be fully available - which to me means they are vacant. 

How to find out how nearby listings are doing?

Ciao @Reneta1 , make a search without selecting the dates and you will see all listings available including booked ones 😉
