How to get around str law? - Airbnb Community

How to get around str law?

Boulder City, NV

Our city is implementing a law of no rentals under 30 days. Most of my rentals are 2 nights. Even if I only rent once per month it is better than none at all. How can I word the listing to comply with the 30 day rule but still book at least 1 time?

@Donald384 The simple answer is you cannot use clever words to avoid laws.
