How to get more guest for 2025

Hello all! 

I started Airbnb Summer 2023 and have been struggling to get guest. Since I’ve started I have gotten a few guest here and there In Christmas or summer. 

Thanks for any advice!!

Your problem is your overall rating falls below Airbnb's 4.8 star rating.  That puts you on later pages in Airbnb Search results.  You have to get your ratings back up.

Thank you for that Marie! I thought the individual ratings counts? Any suggestions on how to do this?
