How to handle rebooking w/ calendar

So, I don’t want to open my calendar up past a year, but I have guests who would like to book already for next year but their dates exceed the year that is open. Is it possible to open it all the way up, let them book it, and then move it back to a year? Or what is the most efficient way to handle this?

If your "availibiliy window" setting is 1 year, you can still manually open dates after this limit and let guest make the booking.
