You need to change your calendar settings to "all future dates," then ask them to try again. They might have to withdraw the request until after you've changed your settings and put the request in again @Susan4486
Pricing and Availability -> scroll down to Calendar Availability -> Availability Window, choose Edit, choose All Future Dates.
