How to know the peak and off peak season?

Hi.

We're preparing to host our property via Air bnb,  at the moment we need to change our mortgage for our property. The broker told us that they need a report to show the peak and off-peak season of our area and the average rental of different times. I have no clue how to get that information, any advice?

Just let them know peak season is typically June to August in most places summer months for North America. Your local state or province tourism bureau would have all that information.
