How to list house near springs and rivers .

We used to get 90% scuba divers. They were respectful and neat. None have booked last nine months. Families  now mainly. We are near the largest area of cold water springs in the world. Need divers back!  Last three families trashed our house and left  a big mess. We have a small farm house near springs . North Florida

@Ann35401 you need to market directly to the diving folks. Is there a Facebook group they use of a local dive school where you could advertise? If so then consider dealing direct and sharing the saving of the 20% commission charged by Airbnb.

@Ann35401  Try rewriting  your listing text and the title to focus on the scuba diving/natural springs.  You could even switch the first photo to be one of the springs. While your listing does mention them, there is nothing that makes it sound really like it would be fantastic for scuba diving or that the springs are the largest cold water springs in the world.

@Ann35401   Contact your local dive shop and see if they sponsor trips.  We dive, and we are registered with several dive shops and have travelled with them to various destinations.  I will also gladly pass on your listing to our diving friends.   Scuba divers are the best!

How do you register with a shop ? There are several very near us. I dont know how to link it  -  for example a horse riding business wanted me to send them our link -  but m too computer dumb.

Contact all the local shops and introduce yourself. Copy and paste the public url (aka link) of your listing with Airbnb for them to suggest to stay at your place. Perhaps suggest a commission if they did, to appeal to their self interest. Good luck.
