How to prove that the flat has been offered for rent

Hi,

I know that you can generate a list of the transactions, but the information I'm looking for is different.

I have a dispute with the Administration and I'ld like to know if it's possible to generate a file which summarizes the period during which the flat has been offered to reservation.
For instance, for year 2022, I'ld like a file that recaps all the days during which the apartment was offered for rent, even if the flat hasn't actually been rented.

That be tricky information to get since availability is constantly changing as days are blocked and opened by the host and because reservations are occurring.

@Antoine888 Do the Airbnb stats of percentage occupancy give you what you need. I THINK that the occupancy percentage is booked nights vs available nights and not booked nights vs 365 nights (if you see what I mean)
