How to push my listing

Hi Hosts and super hosts, 

I have some question: 

1. I got few request in few week ago. But now I haven't got any request in 1-2 weeks. How can I do for my listing? I checked as guest, I can't see my listing or It show on 3,4,5... pages. 

2. How can I increase my page view rate? when I see the testimonial at the top of the page is almost 50% but the page view rate is only 5-7%.

3. Why when I search for houses in my area, my house doesn't show up but houses far away show up?
