How to see your views?

So I read a thread where it says go to insights > views.

So I clicked on views and this is what I get. No views - where are the views? I am using a laptop. Is there a scroll bar missing in google chrome? Do I have to use my iphone in order to see my views?

Hello @Paras45 @Maisie1

Actually if you want to see how many people have viewed your listing or put it in their Wish list, it's not under Reservations put under Insights, just a bit further down.

Then click on Conversion ==> Views and also Wish list additions

It will look something like this unless you are new because it compares the views to the last 30 days.

It's important to use the calendar at the top of this page if you want to see how many people have viewed your listing for future dates.  I note these down regularly so that I can compare from one week to the next how many more people clicked onto my listing.

For the Wish List additions, don't change the default dates in the calendar though as they will show zero if you do this.

Hope this is helpful

Joëlle

I was able to find the views in a graph, thanks for that!

Do try using the Help Center Articles when you have a question about the platform:

In order to use the Performance Section/Insights/Views, you need to turn on Professional Tools in your account settings. Here is what I found in the Help Center on the topic and how to do that:

Hi @Maisie1

Have you had a chance to read through the advice from Paras, Joelle and Joan? They should help you get to the right place to find out how many views your listing has, but please have a look and let us know how you get on. 🙂

Thanks,

Emilie
