Hello,
I recently changed got rid of my property manager and started hosting myself. Airbnb removed my listing claiming that it’s a duplicate listing with prior reported issues. I have appealed for it and received an email from Airbnb asking for proof of change of management. Replied back to the same email with pdf attachment as proof for change in management. 7 days later I received another email saying they are still waiting for my documentation for the change.
Called customer service but they don’t seem to have a way to check into
such appeals.
How else can I reply my documents to appeal review team?
