Whether you log into airbnb.com or airbnb.co.in you will find the same number of listings on both sites. The order in which you see them will change as the algorithm changes each time you log in.
And yes, you use the same login if you decide to go onto the different Airbnb country sites.

Because Airbnb headquater is in US, so I think the US site will contain the most of the properties.
Another question, it seems that one login can be used in all Airbnb subsites, such as airbnb.co.in, airbnb.ie, airbnb.com, etc. Is that correct?
