Hello Udita,
Iโm reasonably new to hosting too (since March 2023).
Your place looks good and is in a lively, interesting area too. Pending the professional photos you mentioned, the apartment โ aside from the bedrooms โ looks dark as there doesnโt appear to be windows. So, unless there are windows and/or photos were taken at night, it may be worth increasing light? Not sure, of course, we all have different perspectives, and this isnโt meant as criticism, just my two cents worth of opinion. And if there are windows, it would be good to display them to show where daylight may be coming from.
On another note, you may want to think about fire protection such as acquiring a fire extinguisher and/or a fire alarm because you have a gas stove, and you allow smoking. I have both (smoke alarm and fire extinguisher), I live on the premises and rent one bedroom to guests, and still I find that guests manage to burn pans and pots, and which recently prompted me to be stricter on stove use, again for what itโs worth and this is more for your own protection, rather than make your listing stand out in some way. Maybe Iโm just unlucky on that front.
Hope this helps and wishing you fun and prosperity with your hosting! ๐
