Hi everyone! I am Katy and I am new in this business and this platform. I am a host for 3 months and I have no guests until now. Anyone know and give any recommendation or advice how to promote my business to get the attention and make guests to book in my listing. Thank in advance, I really appreciate it.

Hi @Katy493 , I have been doing property management for almost 2 years now and I have just gone through your property details and my advice is:

1. Take clearer and more attractive photos of the property. 
2. Personalise your property (make it stand out). Describe what makes it different. 
3. make use of your location, what are the attractions in your area and so so forth. 

these are just some ways you can put your property out there. 

or you can always get the assistance of a co-host or manager.
