I can not find my airbnb listing even after 48 hours - not visible on search, but link works

Hello

When someone knows the link, you can try and play around with it.
https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/1408711940073579337
I can book (3 night minimum)

But - there is NO WAY anyone can find it on airbnb search or the map:
Airbnb | Lienz – Ferienwohnungen & Unterkünfte - Tirol
(searchr for "LIENZ" and MAY 26- MAY 29) , 2 Persons..just for example

Also I called Airbnb and the only answer I got was I have to wait. I am waiting since 2 days,
When I UNLIST it, the link is gone in a second
When I RE-LIST it, the link is working again the same second
(so the system reacts fast)

But, there is no way anyone can find me.
Is there ANYTHING I could have done wrong?
Airbnb Service says everything looks fine, I am registered and did upload my passport and all details confirmed.

Driving me mad.

Hi @Andrea4405

It's usually only considered a problem after 72 hours. New listings show on your profile right away when published (I can see yours), but it can take up to 72 hours to show in search results as explained in the Help article.

Hello @Andrea4405

When I saw that you  have a chalet is for 8 people and you put in a search for 2 people, I thought well that's normal that you wouldn't show up in a search as the algorithm will show guests smaller places for just 2 guests.  There are over a 1000 properties for your area with only 15 pages containing 18 listings per page so that makes sense in a way.  For large properties,  hosts find that their properties don't come up with a small guest number in a search.

Having said this, I made several searches for the dates you indicate for a larger group of guests that would be interested in your property -  6 guests - you don't come up in those 15 pages.  Ditto for 7 guests and 8 guests!  Even when I zoom into your exact location, your listing doesn't come up.

On your listing, the location shows a black house on the map which indicates that the location hasn't been verified (the icon of the house is red with a tick once it's been verified by Airbnb).

There is a procedure to follow where Airbnb send us a link via email to send them photos or videos of your listing with the person on site so that they can check that the photos match with the ones uploaded on your listing.  You may want to ask CS about this?

It might just be a case of having to wait another day Andrea.

Fingers crossed and let us know though

Joëlle

@Andrea4405

I searched 5/8/25 as a guest using 3 nights (your min stay) and found the listing on Page 2 in the 12th position:
