I can't change my email address

Hello, the system does not allow me to update my email address. I tried several times since yesterday but I can't change it. Could you please help me with this?

Here is the error message that I receive: We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.

Are you trying to do this on the App or a computer? If on the App, try it on a computer. If on a computer, try doing it on the App.

Have you managed to change your email address since your post here?
