I do not think majority of us host had much prior experience being much of a host before we started with a smile , with welcoming messages , some. humility , spiced up with a lot of patience, patience with your guests , patience with the business and taking reviews seriously and accepting responsibility plus working on yourself .

I have no doubt over time you would make a great host!

Sounds like a glitch in the system. I had problems loading pictures & talked to AirbNB support who worked me through an easy solution.
