I have no bookings

Hello, I have no bookings for January 2025 and I’m getting concerned. I normally always have bookings a month out in advance I started running some 20% discounts for that month and when I look at the viewing numbers, they are really low, single digits. My listing is in SF proper. What are some suggestions to drive up bookings?
