I have only 7 nights available to book. How do I list this week so to get the whole week booked.

I have only 7 nights available to book this year. How do I list this week to get the entire week booked? Example 3 nights to one person and 4 nights to another.  Ideally 1 renter would rent Saturday through Wed. and another Wed. through Sat. but is there a way to advertise it this way?
