Who would help when having problems with Pay out? Airbnb says the reservation has been paied but my paypal account does not show that. The guest has been already 1 week in the propperty and I haven't receive money.
I am a new hosts but I had been able to receive reinburstments as guest.
So I am not sure why the transaction has not been successfull.
Has anyone ever dealt with Airbnb? I haven’t received a single payment and we’ve been hosting for over 2 months, they owe me over £5k already and I’m booked till at least end of September.
All the forums state the same but anyone I speak to personally doesn’t seem to have any issues Airbnb you should be ashamed as no one in customer services has a clue what they’re on about, literally the worst company I have ever dealt with, my messages are just escalated to an imaginary level and no one ever gets back to me
We're also experiencing the same situation. We've been hosting in Airbnb for over 2 months, and we had our first guests who stayed for 2 days and it's been almost 2 months since then but we haven't get our payout yet. Tomorrow our 3rd guests will arrive but we still don't know when will we can receive our payout. Please if you ever got you're payout already, Kindy help us too. Thank you.

Hi, I have same issue
a guest booked my place for 31 days and stayed for 15 days
Yet I didn’t receive my payment I
keep calling Airbnb they are saying we sent the payment
Also, I called my institution there is no issue with bank and my bank account
and the guest has
16 more days to stay
without payment
now I don’t know where from I can get money to cover my mortgage I stuck in a such situation
any one any idea
And I’m planning to evict the guest since I’ haven’t received my payment

This is happening to me, new to hosting, had 3 booking (3rd to arrive this Friday) but no payouts, Airbnb helpline have not helped, just keep telling me its coming and then the date gets put back!
Hello @Claire2044 and welcome to the joys of ABB.
When one is a new Host it usually takes around about a month for the first payments to come through - I guess that's to ensure Hosts are genuine - who knows.
Alas there are many other reasons why Payments may not come through from time to time including IT problems caused through Artificial Intelligence or other issues like not been notified of Payments been frozen for whatever reason.
Check from time to time that all your account details are how you set them up, this is most important to do to ensure no one is fiddling with your account because our information goes through various servers internationally.
