I haven't received a payout

 Who would help when having problems with Pay out? Airbnb says the reservation has been paied but my paypal account does not show that. The guest has been already 1 week in the propperty and I haven't receive money.

I am a new hosts but I had been able to receive reinburstments as  guest.

So I am not sure why the transaction has not been successfull.

After investigating the status of your payout for reservation WT43Q8, I can confirm we sent your payout of $297 to your Account *****8427 on December 11th, 2016. However, these funds were returned to us on January 19th.

Moving forward, the funds have been reissued to your newly added Account *****8427 as of January 24th. While released by Airbnb right away, the funds should arrive by January 31st, 2017 depending on your bank's processing time. Feel free to check the status of your payouts at any time, by navigating to Account > and selecting Transaction History.

I have been waiting for the pay out for the three months. Guests checked in on Oct 23, 2016, stayed in for one month. I have still not received the payment from airbnb. Guest paid right away. I called airbnb customer service 4 times to hear the same message over and over again that they would assign my case to a manager. This has been really frustrating! Any suggestions?

They told me the same thing 12 times and no one calls you back    They are con artist and train their people to all say the same thing.  So in my opinion anyone that works there are supporting people being ripped off.   they need to be stopped

Is it possible that in all these cases a credit card or identity theft was involved and it is just taking longer for airbnb to collect their money? the portal is up and running, reservations are taking place, let's not overreact. give them time to fix it.

I need explaination. 2 guests already out from my place about 5 days now. I thought that maybe the transactions stop for awhile due to easter day. So till now im keep waiting. Paypal has paid out and so does air bnb. But where does the money go?

I think air bnb is liar taking people'smoney. 

My money should be there within 24 hrs accordingto air bnb. Buttill now i dont see it in my account.

I have been facing the same problem. I hosted more guests previous month, but I did not get any money for it. The status of my Payoneer card is  "Pending Verification" for more than one month! I contacted Airbnb 2 times and the last time I received this answer: "Applications for a Payoneer account are usually reviewed within 7 business days".  Have passed 10 business days, but no changes. I have to receive a payment of about 400 euros, but I do not know where my money is! I am very disappointed in the Airbnb service!!
