I need help with my issue and need additional clarity.
I only host 30 days or more and have preferences set to 30 days.
I just looked up my building is on the NYC prohibited list from short term rentals ONLY and it seems my building is now listed where short-term rental registrations are not permitted. So I cannot register at all.
Does that mean my building is allowed to prohibit me from hosting for 30 days or more?
I thought I was exempt because I host 30 days or more even though my building is listed to prohibit short term rental hosting.
If I am exempt because I follow the 30 day rule, Airbnb won't listen to me and won't re-list my private room.
They keep telling me to register & they don't understand that my building is prohibited for short term rentals only, so I can't even register if I wanted to.
And the other confusion is they are letting me proceed with my upcoming 30 day rental bookings on their website for Dec - May 2024. So they see I am legal for 30 days or more, they have sent me a long term stay only email being recognized by Airbnb.
Why won't they relist me?
