I only want to host super guests

Hello everyone, I just started with AirBnB, we tought about it a long time before putting our home on AirBnB

We only want to receive super guest to limit the risks. Is there a way to filter the reservation request we receive by only receiving super guest?

Today a guest wrote to me asking for the apartment. Do you think it is ok if we answer we only receive guests with several good references? (he has none)

@Laura5297   There's no such thing as "super guest."

  There are filters you can use to restrict which guests can book instantly, but you can't prevent unreviewed users from sending requests. Reviews can be helpful, but the best predictor of how people will be as guests is how they communicate in the pre-booking correspondence. 

No matter how you go about it, renting a home out to strangers from the internet is always going to be risky. But don't forget, guests are also taking a big risk booking a listing with no reviews.
