Hi @Mahmoud229 ,

Congrats on getting your listings up and running! That’s a big first step well done. 🙌🏼 I had a look at your listing and here are a few quick suggestions that could help boost bookings:

First Impressions (Title & Cover Photo)

• Your title should highlight the most unique and desirable aspect of the space. Is it the location, a view, peaceful surroundings, or amenities like a balcony or bathtub? Something like:

“Peaceful City Escape | Balcony Views + Walkable Location”

helps catch the eye.

• Your cover photo is so important — make sure it’s bright, uncluttered, and shows a wide view. If there’s a unique feature (like a cozy corner, great view, or pretty kitchen), use that!

🖼️ Photos

• Make sure your first 5–7 photos tell a clear visual story: entrance → living space → bedroom → bathroom → extra perks.

• Good lighting makes all the difference! Try retaking or brightening a few photos during the day with natural light, if possible.

📝 Description

• Guests want to imagine themselves there. Paint a lifestyle:

“Wake up with the sun and sip your coffee on the balcony overlooking the quiet street…”

• Be clear about what the space offers, especially if there’s fast Wi-Fi, a workspace, or access to public transport — these are booking triggers!

📍 Neighborhood Details

• Highlight walkability, transport, safety, and local gems nearby. Even 1–2 lines can add great value.

💰 Pricing & Availability

• If you’re just starting, try a slightly lower price or offer discounts for first bookings to gain traction and reviews.

• Enable Instant Book if possible — it improves visibility.

You’re doing great by already reaching out for feedback. Keep iterating and don’t be discouraged by a slow start — most listings take a little time to gain momentum. Happy hosting! 🌟

Warm wishes

Hi @Mahmoud229 ,

First off, I just had to say—your listing is absolutely beautiful! It’s clear you’ve put a lot of thought into it.

One small suggestion that could take it to the next level: consider hiring a professional interior photographer. They have a knack for highlighting the best features of a space, and stunning photos can really boost bookings. Just a thought!
