I wanted to start Airbnb club in Ethiopia

As soon as you joined Airbnb, I was trying to join club so that I could get assistance in different aspects also having in club will give you a sense of what I am starting could grow or something. Now I have passed that season and I have learned few things how it could work in Ethiopia, so I kept applying to be a leader( someone has to start it) but couldn’t get any response. Can anyone help with this? Thanks
