Good afternoon, what advice do you give someone that’s starting out for Airbnb? I haven’t been booked yet so wanted some insite?

Howdy Joselyn,
I added the link to your listing here in case anyone else wanted to look.

You have great reviews so it is very clear you have bright future as a host. The first thing that would stop me from booking is your photos. Second, it's not clear what areas I have access to. Can I only use the bedroom, bath, and kitchen? Or is there a yard? Can I use the living room? Are there no quiet hours?

Hi @Joselyn31 ,
I have to agree with everyone. I myself did research for 2 months before going live. There is a plethora of information in this community group, AirBnB and just Googling to find great tips and advice. Have a free several hour time spot, notebook and a cup of your favorite drink and just start searching. One thing for sure if they ask $$ I would step away. I am doing this alone and have had zero problems thus far.
I was initially utilizing AirBnB information tabs exclusively. Took me 2 months to find this support group.
Plus I just learned there is a AirBnB community (3) on Facebook, Instagram and probably others.
Find the one you are comfortable with and research away.
The best of luck.
