UnderTheMagnoliaTree is my Airbnb name. I have just gone live January 12th, 2026. I have had 12 bookings (Jan-June), hosted 8 people so far(Jan - Mar 31). All reviews are 5 star reviews. It does not seem that anyone is even looking at my listing. I am looking to book more often. How can I find & copy and paste my url to other friends or family/people?
The weather is sunny & crisp. It is Mid-South Vancouver Island region ( Cowichan Valley), with huge demographic pressure, population growth is at an all time high as new residents flock internationally and from across Canada & Vancouver are looking towards both local food security and alternative food systems and organic farming with our older folks (25% soon to be over 70 and aging) this means younger farmers are essential to us.
Looking to improve traffic. I have hosted my main house for 9 years, maintained a Superhost status for a time, then closed down that listing and did a renovation in my basement suite and got a business license, city approvals, etc.
I have my settings on Smart Pricing and check for competitive rates in my area and a minimum 3 nights and no insta-book, firm cancellation policy. I am hoping to have fully booked for the summer months coming very soon.
Any ideas?
