I assume the review goes to the listing and primary host or creator of the listing or both???
It is my understanding that the listing owner keeps all reviews on their profile. If you were a Co-Host and temporarily named as primary Host, the reviews still belong to the Listing owner, even though your photo appears as "Host" when the guest writes the review. If the Co Host arrangement ends, the reviews stay on the Owners Profile; not the Co Host.
In short, reviews always stay with the listing owner's profile:

How ratings and reviews apply to co-hosts
All guest reviews and ratings for a given reservation are reflected on the listing owner’s profile, but are not applied to the co-host directly. If a co-host is listed as the primary host of a reservation, their profile picture will be shown during the review process.
Beware of allowing management companies and the like from creating your listing for you. New airbnb owners should create the listing and then add these companies as a co-host. Otherwise you will lose the reviews if you move or use another company because they will create it with their own email address and essentially you will be locked out.
Having this issue with Guestable. They are refusing to share ANY data on OUR listings, including financial data - we are supposed to 'trust them'. If we move, we'll lose our reviews and have to start from scratch. So essentially we made the investments and might as well be working for them. They have all the power. NEW HOSTS - KEEP THE POWER IN YOUR HANDS, NOT THESE SHADY COMPANIES.
@Joan2709's understanding is 100% correct. The great thing is, your co-host can help make you a Superhost as the reviews count towards you. I have made all the hosts I co-host for Superhosts even though I am the primary host on their account.
I also 100% agree with @Sonia1912. As an experienced co-host, I will only co-host if the owner creates the listing on their own account. I have actually received some clients who let a management company or co-host run their listing on their own account and then never see a payment even after having several bookings. By setting it up on their account, the reviews do not impact my account however since I am part of the Co-host network, it does affect that rating (sorry to muddy the waters).
All the best and happy hosting!

Thanks for clarifying that as I always wondered if the Hosts reviews could affect your ability to be eligible for the Co Host Network.
Another Host asks what if the Owner/Host gets the account suspended for whatever reason? Does that cause your profile to go down with theirs if you are listed as a Co-Host?
Reviews sit on the listing and the CREATOR account.
My account only has reviews from my personal property. All the other properties I cohost have no impact on the rating that you see on my account.
Hope this helps!
