@Jo883 Take a look at some other apartments and see how you might be able to improve your pictures. The apartment is not being presented very well. In fact, your profile picture furnishings are IMO more attractive than your rental presentation.
For instance, the picture of the living room and TV stand has cleaning supplies on the floor in the background.
Adding towels and a shower curtain to the bathroom and closing the lid on the commode would make that room more appealing.
A guest who wants to work from a computer would find a small desk and chair added to the bedroom (in place of a dresser or bureau) convenient. Think about adding this amenity.
While many guests may be okay with stark minimalist offerings, you need to create attractive pictures that showcase the minimalism -- right now if feels too cold and furnished with left over or thrift store findings.
As to your pricing, you may be better off not using smart pricing until you are more established as a host. I have found tht setting a good price that doesn't change indicates that my property is worth that amount. Bargain hunters (who can be very bad guests) can look elsewhere and I can instead attract the guest who wants a firm price point.
Good luck!
