How do I create my link, I followed the instruction and I can not find it.

Is anyone else having trouble with their Insights module on the desktop version? I've been getting the error message below for about a week now. Airbnb tech support doesn't seem to be helping much.
I've tried clearing my cache, logging out/logging in... I read somewhere else in Community tried turning off Wifi, closing apps, log off/on...that didnt work for me either.
I can get into Insights on my phone app, but the app version doesnt give the Views option where you can see the day-to-day chart how many views your listing has rec'd....which is what I really want/need.

I just initiated another support ticket. The Airbnb AI support suggested that I enable the Professional Hosting Tools in my account. So I checked and it was currently disabled. I enabled it and now I am able to see the Views module.

"Insights" on the website works fine at my end, including amount of views grahps.

Did you also try it on another laptop/desktop, or with another browser ?
Do you experience "connection time out" also on other pages ?
I have not tried on another desktop/laptop...but will try.
No other pages experience a time out.
I also spoke to Airbnb support again yesterday, and apparently its a known issue. I'll give it a couple more days. But in meantime I'll try to get a hold of another computer.

Are your views from the laptop working at the moment? I'm assuming you're using Pro Tools and I can no longer see views for dates in the future?
I've had my own issues with Views and Airbnb aren't giving the right answer. View counts are different in all formats. I'm glad you can see yours now!

Thanks for sharing your feedback.
I wanted to follow up and mention that when you enable Professional Tools and look at your Views from there, its a very different display vs the Views when you do not enable Professional Tools. It only gives you the AVERAGE number of views over a period of time....vs. in the original Views, you saw ACTUAL daily views. As far as I can see, there's no way to see your daily views in the Professional Tools mode.
My question to Airbnb now is....if enabling Professional Tools is the only way to view your Insights, how come you are still able to see the Insights hyperlink when Professional Tools is NOT enabled? And then when you click on Insights, it gives you the error message. (at least for MY account!)
As you noted, there is something wonky going on....
btw...my 2 cents on Professional tools....its HORRIBLE. It doesnt help me at all...and makes things more confusing.

just a quick update. Looks like Airbnb fixed the issue with Insights. You no longer need to have your Professional tools toggled on in order to see your Views. They brought back the Views where you can see your daily views on the graph.

Well my views on Pro Tools are no longer working - can only see views from past dates and no longer see views for future dates - which is frustrating to say the least but Beki (CC manager) has forwarded this issue and I have spoken to CS about it too but they are not understanding the problem I fear.
Just below this message @Roland612 gave us an update and says that the issue is fixed for him at least😊
