Interested in hosting in Miami, FL

Interested in hosting in Miami, FL, mainly around the beach area.  Have never hosted before, so I'm a little nervous about getting into it but want to start.  Any hosts around the area willing to share some tips about the area?

Hello Aaron and its great that you are thinking of hosting airbnb guests in your property.  I am currently co hosting and also cleaning different apartments in south beach area (Collins Ave, Ocean Drive mainly) I have a lot of experience in airbnb misterbnb and all major platforms.  If you need any help with the property, template messages to guest for a faster response, settings on the site or anything related i am your guy.
