Is it okay to have two listings for the same property if I have one listed as a two bedroom and one listed as a one bedroom?

Hi, I want to create a second listing of a few of my properties where I have a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom option... The 2 bedroom option would also have more amenities than the 4 bedroom listing would. Is that okay to do?

Yes @Mountain-Shadows-Resort-And-Rentals0 , it is possible and you will find several examples on Airbnb.

But in most cases it is used in conjunction with the option to link them, as explained here:
