We have a charming, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Beaune, France. We only use it for a few months each year when we're on holiday from the US. We're seeking advice on whether we can list it for short-term rentals or if we need to buy another property in a specific location in town to qualify. We've received conflicting answers so far.
