Just ordered a new full size bed and frame from walmart for my airbnb room

I hope this new bed is going to work for my guests. The old mattress smelled so am throwing it out and hoping this one will work for my room.

Hi Mark4168.

Your place has great potential.

I am not trying to insult you though I feel your place can you a few important touches. 

I think you could 'tidy' up a bit. Fresh paint, clean floors, a few pictures, nic-naks, make up the bed with a new spread and decorative pillows would make any guest feels right at home. 

Example, in the kitcheb I cannot quite make out what is on top of the refrigerator or counter.

Possibly pictures of the outside of your building, seconding areas too.

Hi @Bettye6 , thanks for the feedback. I know I have to update my place. Have been saving to buy another rental property. My guest just checked in tonight. He is working at a bank in new jersey on site two days a week and then he drives I guess 7 hours back to his house in Virginia. He said he is from Ethopia, very quiet. I have had traveling nurses, engineers, etc. rent my airbnb.
