my last guest left a review that my house has no reliable internet which was not true since they used mire than 20 GB per day which is maximum limit per day. How can I make a guest like this to understand the rules of internet provider.
Also saying that the place is little more rural simply because are so quet and 1 kilometers from the main road and only 15 minutes to centre town. I will appreciate for air bnb to edit or remove the review like this which demotivate to welcome other quests
