We just started renting our cottage together with my brother who is co-owner of the cottage. I used my profile for listing the cottage as I will take care of the communication with guests. However, I tried to register brother's company details for payout as also from legal point of view we will issue invoices and pay taxes this way. This is required by our local law.
I noticed Airbnb instructions for doing that are not properly updated. So, I tried to manage by myself. I used Professional hosting tools (link "Manage" next to field "Company") and tried to add bother's company details there. I clicked submit. There was a sign that an e-mail should be delivered to us but no e-mail was delivered. Firstly, I entered my brother's contact details. Then I inserted my e-mail, to check more easily if something will happen but still nothing.
Now it's already more than one week. I chat with some people from Airbnb Help but they don't even reply to my questions. I suspects I am chatting with not well managed chatbots.
Now I already have first guests. Payout should be released but I still didn't manage to choose proper payout option. I can't be payed to my private bank account from legal point of view. Even other legal administration is done on my brother's company. I thought this would be something easy to be solved but it seems a nightmare. And I am extremely disappointed by Airbnb assistance. It takes them days to reply and then they reply with not relevant answers, like they don't read my messages at all.
Can someone help me and advise me what to do?
