What discount should be given for 7 day advance notification?
i have been a superhost for over 5 yrs with 4 current successful listings. I pride myself in being professional and I offer exceptional hospitality to all my guests. A couple of days ago I tried to help my son create an airbnb business from another one of my properties that I have just had renovated. The new listing has been taken down from the platform and airbnb are saying that it doesnt exist snd that my son is dishonest. We are devastated as this is simply not correct. I own the new property that has been listed and the intention was to co host it for my son. We have made numerous calls to the airbnb team and are frustratingly getting nowhere. We have not been told yet that anyone is even looking into the matter and if they were then surely they would have made some contact with us. My further frustration is that we have a guest waiting to make a booking. Can anyone help me to sort this out for my son please?

Hi @Barbara1273 ,
I read below that you have already sent certain documents to Airbnb Customer Support regarding this. I believe the team will get back to you once they have reviewed the documents you provided and reached a conclusion. You can also look at the following article to know more about Listing removals: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/1303.
Meanwhile, I will also share your concerns with them if they can get back to you a bit sooner on this.
@Barbara1273 are you aware that one of your 4 listings appears to be suspended?
Perhaps Airbnb think you are trying to get around this suspension by listing that property with your son.
sorry I think that you have got the wrong end of the stick. This is a 5th listing. They are saying that they have received a report that the listing doesnt exist. It is either a glitch in their system or a malicious act from a third party. Nobody is trying to get around anything. This is s genuine property and a genuine listing.

sorry I mustn't be clear - none of my 4 listings are suspended. It is my sons new listing thst has been removed. I own this property also and will be the co host of the 5th property for my son.
@Barbara1273 Let me have one more go.
When I look at your profile I see 4 listings. 3 have pictures of properties and one is greyed out. This USUALLY means the greyed out listing is suspended.
I am trying to say that this might be part of your problem hence the theory I first posted.
thank you for your input but that is totally unrelated, one of my listings I currently have no published availability, hence it is greyed out. As the listing i am referring to has been taken down by Airbnb you will only see 4 not the 5 that i have access to ie the 5th being my sons that i co host.
The problem is very clear and confirmed by Airbnb support - there is either a glitch or malicious act that has been carried out for them to think that the listing is fake. We have now sent airbnb the insurance documents for the property that we are trying to get listed to prove that it really does exist. Unfortunately nobody seems to have picked up the case.
