Over a month ago, my listing with 126 all-5-star reviews was suspended with no explanation. I have a separate property management account and one of the management listings got flagged and then the next day my personal Airbnb (I own) listing got suspended too. They connected my two accounts I guess.
I have attempted to communicate with Airbnb numerous times and its a loop... "the specialized team will contact you", but they never do. A month later and I haven't heard anything! Is there even a specialized team???
I depend on this income to pay my bills and not being given any information about the reason for the suspension or the length of it is extremely nerve wracking and infuriating. How do I handle this and what do I have to do to get my listing unsuspended?!
