Hello, there seems to be a problem with my listing, as I entered it four days ago, and it’s still not showing as active in the searches.   Can someone please help? Thank you

In the menu, switch to traveling and enter your area name. Be sure to add dates that you know are bookable on your calendar, taking your set restrictions like minimum stays into account. If you don't see the listing right away, zoom in closely on the map in the area of your listing.

When I zero  in on address with no filters, it doesn’t show.  I just received a chat response and was told algorithms influence what shows; I wasn’t aware of that.  What do I have to do to ensure it shows up more? I was told it showed up 18 times in n search and 15 reviews. 

i’m going to try again on my end to see if I can get it to show when I personally search, It hasn’t thus far

Perhaps it's not showing in your searches when you don't enter the very long minimum stay? In case you want to change the minimum, click calendar, go to the availability tab and trip length will be at the top.

Thank you Shelley and @Zheng49 .  Okay, so the only way it shows up for a potential guest is if they actually type in the 6 month period. I thought it would show up no matter the time period; this way, perhaps someone looking for a rental in my area, may consider a longer time period if they found a rental they liked...I guess not.

The minimum stay you have selected is 180 days which is roughly 6 months. 

Armed with this information, was able to locate your listing on the second page out of 15 pages.
