Listing got suspended for no reason. Anyone from airbnb even care ?

One of my airbnb listing got suspended for no reason. 

i sent 3 message and all got closed without any resolution and the remark is "combined with another case" which i do not have another on hand case. seriously airbnb?

Is Airbnb getting even more worst from time to time? 

I've go through all the comments in the community here and what i see is all our people (host) stating the similar issue

There isn't anyone from the Airbnb side able to explains this?

This is so devastating and frustrated!

Hi @Siew38 , As I was quickly looking at your listings, I noticed that you have multiple listings and all of them are active. Did you hear back from the Support team and eventually got the listing up?

Hi, yes my listing was up after 10 days suspension due to an internal investigation that guest reported on an issue that somebody from our side enter the listing meanwhile they are staying

this is so ridiculous where my listing was temporary suspended while the investigation on-going and ended up i am not in any fault on those.

if i met all guest who misuse the airbnb report function, will all my listings goes suspended temporary without a valid reason?

airbnb support team also didn't mention anything about the temporary suspension which i felt definitely a sad and disappointing act from a multinational company

i mean we host, at least need to know or receive a notice beforehand i believe

Also, if suspending a listing, it should be done after the investigation if fault guilty not during the investigation.
