Listing is live but I cannot find it when I search

Hi all! Have been on VRBO for a few years but things have slowed there considerably, my listing is on Oahu with tight restrictions around minimum rental periods (30 days), I put my listing up a few weeks ago but have not gotten any inquiries or any movement whatsoever. I have tried a few times to search for it but am not seeing it, so not sure what is going on, any and all feedback/ideas/questions are most welcome and appreciated!

Misplaced photos can lead to confusion or misinterpretation of your property.

  2. Amenities Visibility: While you’ve listed amenities like shampoo, soap, and toiletries, they don’t seem to appear in the photos. Since guests rely heavily on visuals when booking, adding clear photos of such amenities will help build trust and reflect authenticity.

  3. Clarify Guest Access & Pool Use: I’d suggest rewriting your Guest Access section and listing details. At the moment, it’s unclear whether the pool is private or shared, and the description seems a bit confusing in relation to the photos. Clear communication about these details can reduce guest questions and improve booking chances.

  4. Avoid External Links: I appreciate your willingness to share your reviews from other platforms, but please note that Airbnb strongly discourages posting external website links. Doing so may lead to account penalties or suspension. Airbnb is already a trusted platform known for accountability and transparency, and with your efforts, I’m sure you’ll earn great reviews here as well.

  5. Calendar Availability: It looks like your calendar is currently blocked or showing unavailable dates. I’d recommend unlocking or updating your calendar to ensure guests can see your availability and place bookings accordingly.

Ciao, ho guardato il tuo annuncio e ti do mio consiglio: l immagine principale metti quella con la piscina o quella del soggiorno, poi dovresti modificarle un po per farle piu luminose e dritte (canva o photoroom ), poi il titolo e troppo lungo.  Mi dispiace, ma per la visibilita non sono esperta.

Hi, I looked at your ad and I give you my advice: the main image put the one with the pool or the one with the living room, then you should change them a little bit to make them brighter and straight (canva or photoroom ), then the title is too long. thank you for the feedback, much appreciated....yeah we have quite a few bookings and all of them are 30 day minimum stays so the calendar is accurate, but there are some items I can action on, so thanks again.
