Listing not showing on Search

I just noticed my listing was not showing in any search results.  I am a SuperHost and been with AirBNB for several years and never had a problem.

Even if you just enter the exact condo description Emerald Towers West 1002.

Another unit 2002 shows up

Evidently back in December a message was sent to my travel inbox requesting my government id to be verified.  I never saw it.  I went and verified it several days ago.  But evidently 2 days after the request my account even though it shows listed, is not showing in the listings and will not show in searches.

I have called a dozen times to airbnb and they say they are working on it and can not figure it out and do not have a solution.  They say it is impossible to talk to tech support and they do not know what to do.  They say hopefully it work its self out.

Any ideas on a solution I am about to miss all spring break rentals.
