Listing not showing up!

Listing not showing up!

Hi everyone!

I just joined the hosting community and listed my place yesterday. Every time I check my listing doesn't show up on the search results at all!

Even if I zoom in fully on my area. Why is this happening? Even if I filter to see the dates I set available, it doesn't show up still.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, it shows up for me! You may need to try on another browser or clear your cache. From another article, "Keep in mind that each guest will see different results when searching based on the preferences they add, their past booking history, and other search criteria." https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/39/what-factors-determine-how-my-listing-appears-in-search-res...

Hi all, I listed my room a few months ago, no booking except a couple of requests for long term which I had to decline. After that no sign from guests. Accidentally I realised my listing is not visible, God knows since when... Since yesterday morning I interacted via chat and phone with 5 different people from the support. They also disappeared a couple of times from the chat. They send a link, through that I can see my Listing, the moment I go as a Guest the listing is not there.... Is there another way to get the required attention from airbnb when problems are not getting solved by the support team? Thank you

This describes my problem in a nutshell. Absolutely zero support from the help center, and every time I start a chat they just disappear. Switching over to VRBO.

I have the same challenge.
My home sleeps 10

if my friends search for 4 or 6 guests - it dies not show up. If we change the number of people to 10 - it magically appears. My hone is well suited for 4 or more and a smaller group of people would love it and I would love it too - as it rages a beating with 10 people who love to party!

not sure why Airbnb does this with their algorithms as it hurts superhosts and the clients too - they don’t see sine fabulous listings.

Hi all, same happened to me. I had no idea. I called  Airbnb, changed my minimum stay from2 nite to 1 nite ( did that on my own) but I was told it's all an algorithm based on clicks.  Which seems crazy! I didn't come up for area, superhost, size of home.nothing! How much money have I lost..who knows!! Anyway, next-day boom! My listing is right there on thetop of the first page.  Point is,..Complain to them.

I did call and next day it showed up front page like you - but over time it goes right back into never never land. I too am a superhost - hosting since 2011 with 5 years of superhost status. Doesn’t seem to matter.

We just listed earlier today.  The listing showed until we until we made one change and now it does not show.   How best to hunt down my property?  Maybe AirBnB put it somewhere else...

hello, I have the same problem. My listing has "listed" status but when i try to find it or share the listing (or to copy and paste the link from the preview page) it goes to airbnb home page instead of my listing. I have contacted airbnb support and the superhost i have talked was really helpful but could not resolve my problem. He has sent my problem to  an Airbnb support specialist and i didn't get any response after that. I have tried duplicating my listing and publishing it but that one was also invisible. I have send several messages in the original conversation with Airbnb support but i didn't get any answer.

When I was trying to figure out why my listing wasn't showing up for a particular date, I realized that my Advance Notice settings were set to "The day before" and I was looking at that exact date, so it wasn't showing up. I would recommend reviewing your booking setting very carefully as there are a ton of options, and any of them may have your listing not show up 🙂

Hello. My listing is also not showing up, despite having status of "Listed" and the dates for August and September being available for booking in my calendar. When I access the listing directly, the dates are not available and when searching for it on the map it does not show up at all. Ideas?

Ok apparently I had "custom rules" set for both August and September where it said check-in not available for all days (Mon thru Sun)... I for sure did not set it manually. But worth checking! I removed the custom rule and it shows up again now.

Hi

POTENTIAL RESOLUTION - I just discovered that my listing's location is about 2 miles from the actual location. So when searching for it, it didn't appear until I moved the map and it suddenly popped up to appear in another neighborhood. AIRBNB support is currently trying to resolve the issue (for my ad at least).

Same here, my listing is nowhere to be found.   I spoke with customer service about 3 weeks ago, they fixed it and now it's lost in space again.   I have zero bookings for the past month as a result.   This is terrible.   Hey AirBnB, you're LOSING MONEY!  And so am I!

Well, I've been pulling my hair out for the last 12 - 24 hours because my listings ALSO will not show up!! WTF is going on around here with this company??!!.... hundreds of complaints! Now, that being said, at least I feel a little better knowing it was just not me. Might be time to go back to listing on CraigsList. At least the listings show up immediately!

My listing is not showing up either even for my guests who have a reservation and want to make another one. I spoke to Airbnb yesterday as I have been a SuperHost for several years now. They told me to update my listing which I did and still nothing. Within this conversation a host suggested using a different brower - no luck and/or clearing my cache - no luck. I have great reviews and again I'm a SuperHost but my listing is nowhere to be found.
