Listing not showing

I recently listed and also have the same problem. My listing doesn't show up in any type of search. I contacted Airbnb and they say my listing shows up. They obviously don't care and will not fix this issue. Time to find an alternative.

Yes @Anthony2485 with the dates unblocked I can now see you in 3rd position when I search as follows:

George Wright Golf Course, 1 April to 31 July, 4 guests:

The search term and dates have to be very specific, though - I agree with you that long-term rental platforms may be better suited.

You could add more details to your listing so the Airbnb algorithm likes it more. At the moment very few amenities are ticked - for example, it shows a strikethrough to indicate that you don't have hot water. Not all of the text areas have been filled out, which will also look incomplete to the bot.

However, even when the listing is complete, I agree that the 91-night minimum will likely keep causing some problems with visibility on Airbnb.

Hi @Anthony2485

Your listing can't show up in searches, because all of the calendar dates are blocked until 2 August. When I try to book from 2 August, it requires a 91-night minimum stay. It would be almost impossible to get bookings with these settings - you will have to unblock dates and relax restrictions to show in search results.

Thank you. I did unblock the dates and searched with no result. I did do a 3-month search from September 1 to December 1 and it did show up. Too bad Airbnb doesn't allow 30 plus night search result like another site does.

I wasn't aware I had to add all those extras. Thank you very much for the tips.

@Shelley159 provided some great ideas and I agree with her that Airbnb is really designed for STRs and not Mid Term Rentals. Other platforms are better suited, more functional and provide more protections for Hosts in the mid term space.
