Listing paused

My listing was paused both actually. I didn’t get an email or any notification as to why I’ have made calls and also reached out to Air Bnb to see why I was told someone will get back to me. Please help this is my income. This is all I have to pay my bills. I’m reading some of these responses and things that happened and I am nervous and scared. I need help I need answers. I need my listings back activate it.

Is it because of what airbnb sees as your low ratings or perhaps a guest safety complaint ? @Guardian-Group0 

In your situation I would focus on promoting your STR business on the other platforms you use and direct bookings .

My ratings aren’t low .. I woke you to check my calendar and saw it was paused no reason or answer to why now I’m waiting on a phone call

@Guardian-Group0 After reading your reviews about AC not putting out enough cool air and smell of marijuana from an adjoining unit may be reasons your listing was paused.

Stating to a guest that since the weather was a certain degrees outside is why it’s not cool inside is unacceptable. Temperatures were extremely hot last month, my studio apt was rented, and my long-term guest enjoyed a cool, comfortable space for two months. So if you’re indeed having your HVAC system serviced monthly, then you should change vendors because he’s not doing his job,  or install a new HVAC. As a host, you must always ensure a guest is comfortable. 

On another note, AirBnB is kind of slow when they are investigating complaints brought by guests or other problems.

Temps hit 110 in my area so if my ac reads 80 it’s working fine serviced monthly  and the place in question you are mentioning is not the one paused but thx you for your response

@Guardian-Group0 If your AC cannot go lower than 80 when the temperature outside is 110, you should not rent your place in the summer months. This temperature is unfair to paying guests. Or maybe include a portable, stand-alone AC unit as backup. This may be one of many reasons why your listing was paused.
