Listing three different rooms in one house

Hi! I’m new to hosting and I’m running into some issues with posting my first listing. 

I have one home with three different rooms I would like to “rent” out. The issue is that if I list all three rooms separately and one party wants to book more than one of the rooms for the same stay, they won’t be able to because they will already have a stay booked for the dates they want.

Is there any way to get around this?

@Julianna39  make a listing that offers 2 rooms, and 3 rooms.  And be sure to link them so that the calendar is blocked off for the other options.

In my opinion seeing you are new here slow down I get you are trying to maximize your income, but you could end up with self inflicted headaches, Dont worry we have all been there.

Once you start duplicating your listing you have to make sure you integrate all your calendars,

You say you have 3 rooms......? are they all identical? thats easy enough to do you can list the 3 rooms separately, but once you start to say you have 3 rooms to rent you have to make that another listing, you have to import and export all the calendars.

@Julianna39 Are you sure it is not possible to book 2 stays at the same time? We have had guests who have deliberately overlapped bookings so it does seem to be possible. I have also seen guests complaining on the forum that they have accidentally booked two stays for the same period of time.

I have never heard of it unless the host had duplicate same listings. It should be possible from the same listing...
