Listing to be suspended.

My listing of 10 years is to be suspended due to 3 recent review in the last 3 months being only 3 stars.  Airbnb could not make it clear if there was a specific reason. As a result I did not know what to write to my appeal. The decision was upheld and off my listing goes. Is there anything that anyone has done and was able to successfully re-list their listing?
