Listing wrongly phrased, unable to correct

When my entire house is listed in Abnb it says "a room in home" and sharing common spaces, when ALL are private for guests. Called and wrote to support team numerous times, they are unable to help me to change it. See below, copied and pasted. Any guidance to correct it please. Thank you, Jay

Hello @Jay2030 

 

Did you try “Menu” tap on your listing then under your listing tab, tap “Property & Guests” then choose your category,  entire space, private room or shared room & number of guests allowed.

If it doesn’t work better to contact Airbnb support and inform them bout incorrect category. They will forward your request to a specialized team for review.

Yes, I did and also had the Abnb to get the tech team to correct the error. It took couple of days to see the change and now it is listed correctly. Thank you for all the input. The support center help is there, but response is very much delayed and not satisfactory.
